About EARSOLE

EARSOLE is an independent brand of wireless earbuds, built around one simple idea: great sound should fit effortlessly into everyday life.

What we make

We make wireless earbuds and headphones for specific moments: earbuds slim enough to sleep on, low-latency pairs for gaming, smart earbuds with active noise cancellation, real-time translation and spatial audio, open-ear and bone-conduction headphones for sport, over-ear headsets, and volume-limited headphones for children. Each listing states what the maker specifies, the price and the photos.

Our approach

We are a small store, not a laboratory. When we have checked something ourselves, the product page or guide says so and says how; when we have not, we do not claim to have. Guides link only to products we actually sell.

Shipping & returns

We ship worldwide, with free standard shipping on orders over $45. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 7–15 business days depending on your destination. Not the right fit? You can return unused earbuds in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

Contact

Questions, feedback or help with an order? Reach us any time at support@earsole.com or through our contact page. We reply within 1–2 business days.

Earbud education and editorial standards

Use the EARSOLE Earbud Knowledge Center for practical guides on sleep, fit, water resistance, Bluetooth troubleshooting and buying. See the EARSOLE Editorial Team and review method for our sourcing, update and correction policy.

Who writes the guides

Rowan Ellis is the pen name used for EARSOLE guides — the buying notes, the fit and care walk-throughs and the troubleshooting ladders. It is a byline, not a separate company: the guides are written and maintained by the people who run this shop. Every guide names the products it is about, links only to items we actually sell, and states what was checked against the text and how. Where we have not tested something ourselves, the guide says so instead of implying otherwise.
