EARSOLE Editorial Team & Review Method
The EARSOLE Editorial Team creates and reviews the educational content published on earsole.com. The team is part of EARSOLE, an earbud retailer, so every guide clearly separates general education from product recommendations.
How we research
- Start with the user's exact question. We define the device, operating system, listening situation and decision the reader needs to make.
- Prefer primary evidence. We use official device-support documentation, standards organizations, public-health guidance and manufacturer specifications where they directly support a claim.
- Distinguish facts from practical checks. A documented behavior is labeled as such; troubleshooting steps are presented as tests readers can repeat on their own device.
- Avoid unsupported absolutes. Bluetooth behavior, fit, comfort, water resistance and call quality vary by device and environment. Our wording reflects those limits.
- Review commercial relevance. Product links are included only where the design or feature helps illustrate the guide. EARSOLE may benefit from a purchase made on this site.
Updates and corrections
Articles display their publication and modification dates. We update a guide when platform behavior, standards, product details or authoritative guidance changes. To report an error or suggest a correction, email support@earsole.com and include the article URL and the source supporting your correction.
Scope and safety
EARSOLE does not provide medical advice. Content about hearing, sleep, pain or ear health is general education. Stop using a product that causes pain or irritation and consult a qualified clinician for symptoms, diagnosis or treatment.
