Where We Ship From: All orders are sold and shipped by EARSOLE from our US-based warehouse.

 

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

 

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping: We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $45 USD. Under $45, standard shipping is a flat $4.99 and expedited shipping is $12.99, calculated at checkout.

 

Delivery Time: Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. An estimated delivery date is shown on each product page when you order. Delivery estimates may occasionally vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or events outside our control.

 

On-Time Delivery Promise: If your order arrives later than the estimated delivery date shown at the time of purchase, contact us at support@earsole.com and we will refund you $5.

 

Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

 

Shipping Destinations: We ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at support@earsole.com.

 

Customs & Import Duties: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@earsole.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
