Processing time

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Weekends and public holidays are excluded.

Shipping method and delivery time

We offer tracked standard parcel shipping to the destinations available at checkout. International parcels are delivered through cross-border logistics and the destination postal service or local courier. Your dispatch notification and tracking information identify the carrier for your shipment.

Standard delivery is estimated at 8–14 business days, as displayed at checkout. Processing takes 1–2 business days before dispatch. Estimates are not guaranteed: customs checks, weather, public-health restrictions and carrier disruptions can cause delays.

Shipping rates and destinations

Standard shipping costs $9.99 USD per order worldwide to supported destinations. Shipping is free when the discounted merchandise total is $45 USD or more. Eligible EARSOLE+ orders may also qualify for a shipping waiver. Checkout displays the shipping charge and total in your selected currency before payment. If your destination is unavailable, contact support@earsole.com.

Tracking and delivery support

We send the tracking number after dispatch. If a parcel is delayed, lost or damaged, contact support@earsole.com with your order number so we can investigate.

If your order arrives later than the estimated delivery date shown at the time of purchase, contact us and we will refund you $5 under our on-time delivery promise.

Customs and import charges

Destination-country duties, taxes or import charges may apply and are the customer's responsibility unless expressly included at checkout.
