Returns & refunds
Not the right fit? You have 30 days from delivery to return unused earbuds in their original packaging. Email support@earsole.com and we'll send you a prepaid return label — return shipping is on us. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund goes back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
