想安靜和想聽點東西是兩件事，買的東西也不同。本文先釐清中文「耳塞」指的是泡棉還是矽膠套，再攤開我們 36 款睡眠耳機頁面上查得到與查不到的欄位：隔音分貝 0 款、主動降噪 0 款、清潔做法只有 3 款——說明什麼情況下你該去藥妝店買泡棉耳塞，而不是買耳機。
耳機在藍牙列表裡找不到，多半是沒進配對模式，或一筆舊紀錄卡住。依序做：兩只回盒重開、看 LED 電量、重整手機藍牙、刪掉舊配對紀錄、確認不是別台裝置搶先回連，重置耳機排在最後。內含 iOS 與 Android 的實際路徑，以及只配對到一耳、連上卻沒聲音的處理順序。
兩張卡片都沒有 ASMR 這個詞，也沒有任何編解碼器或頻率記載。但其中一張主動寫了「這是被動隔音，不是主動降噪」，還寫了誰不該買。
預算先決定型態，情境再決定規格，型錄沒寫的欄位就當作沒有。內含 ENC 與 ANC 的差別、IPX5 實際擋得住什麼、24 小時續航是怎麼算的、台灣包裝上的 NCC 與 BSMI 標示怎麼看，以及三款 EARSOLE 平價真無線耳機的型錄規格對照。
USB-C 孔的耳機分兩種：內建 DAC 的數位款幾乎都能用，純類比直通款要手機有留那條線路才有聲音。Android 配件規範只允許數位介面，付錢前這樣分辨。
本店兩張卡片都沒有電池容量、循環次數或可換電池的記載。它們只給了「單次幾小時」和「含盒共幾小時」，而這兩個數字的關係，兩張寫得不一樣。
